Heart of the Arts Project Inc is proud to announce HAPI is collaborating with the Piscataway Kennedy Library in celebrating local and regional artists.  Each month, HAPI is sponsoring an artist or group of artists to share and display their talents for the community in the newly constructed Kennedy Cafe!
